Had case stolen from car in Spain contsining all our clothes, non of the clothes were expensive, total less than £400 for myself and husband, all we had was what we stood up in, man my husband spoke to in the claims dept at Nationwide asked if we had "receipts" and "proof" of clothing stolen. If not Nationwide CANNOT help, my husband asked for the "ombudsman" number the man didnt even know what an ombudsman was!!!!! So please ALL NATIONWIDE INSURANCE...
